INFRARED THERMAL IMAGING

Able to detect temperatures between -20°C and 600°C.

This equipment is used for:

- Property inspections
- Electrical inspections
- Detecting hotspots
- Water leaks
- Insulation problems
- Check exhaust systems
- Refrigeration insulation faults

Everything has a temperature and it is the slightest difference 0.1°C that can show what is good or bad.

ULTRA SOUND
TESTING

By recording and analysing sound samples, this equipment will pick up pending failures long before you can hear noises from a failing bearing or leaking valves and pipes.

This equipment is used for:

- Bearing analysis
- Detecting air leaks
- Refrigeration leaks
- Steam leaks
- Underground water pipe leaks

This is just a small list of what can be undertaken.

REMOTE CONTROL VIDEO BORE SCOPE

With two small 6 & 8 mm diameter cameras on a long fibre optic probe, this equipment is able to take video and still digital pictures inside hard to reach places.

This equipment is used for:

- Engine cylinders
- Valves
- Reduction box bearings & gears
- Boiler tubes etc

This creates permanent maintenance records and notification of pending failures, allowing spare parts to be ordered in plenty of time.

OUR CLIENTS SAY

quote.gif I was truly amazed at the clarity of the pictures and video taken.
We decided this had saved the vessel in excess of $100,000 with parts labour and tow home.
The inspection was a very small price to pay compared to the inevitable failure.
